AR789 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AR789 ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing access to and use of the ar789.win website and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, fish shooting games and any related promotional content.

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on AR789, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are written in English for the benefit of Pakistani players and are intended to be read in that context. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the meaning that best reflects fair and transparent player expectations will apply.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money features on AR789, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• AR789 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at AR789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 across all supported payment methods. The following payment channels are accepted:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Direct bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. AR789 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such fees.

Funds deposited into your AR789 account must be your own personal funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or methods not owned by you are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your AR789 account are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in your account withdrawal section.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account VIP tier. VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become withdrawable.
• AR789 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may result in temporary delays. Players are advised not to withdraw funds that are still subject to active wagering requirements as this may result in the cancellation of associated bonuses.

In the event that a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the funds will be returned to your AR789 account balance and you will be notified via the contact details associated with your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

AR789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance or, in specific cases (such as cashback), to the real-money balance. The applicable treatment is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from x15 to x30 depending on the promotion and your VIP tier.
• Bonus funds typically have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically.
• AR789 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered through.
• Players must opt in to bonuses where required. Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots vary by title. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on AR789, including cricket, PSL, football, esports and all other available markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the official rules for that sport as applied by the relevant governing body. Specific settlement rules are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• AR789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading team. Odds during live events change rapidly — the odds at which a live bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to the settlement.
• Any bet that AR789 has reasonable grounds to believe was placed using inside information, or in coordination with other players to exploit pricing, may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

7. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, fish shooting games and any other game-type available in the AR789 game lobby — are provided by certified third-party game studios. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, game freeze or server error — the hand or spin in progress at the time of the malfunction will be void and the stake returned to the player's balance. AR789 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.

AR789 does not manipulate game outcomes. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, outcomes determined by physical game equipment operated by verified dealers. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on individual sessions.

8. VIP Programme

The AR789 VIP programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier qualification is based on cumulative deposit and wagering activity over rolling monthly review periods. Key VIP terms include:

• All accounts begin at Silver tier. Tier upgrades occur automatically when qualifying thresholds are met and verified.
• Tier maintenance requires continued activity at or above the qualifying threshold. Tiers may be adjusted downward following two consecutive monthly review periods where activity falls below the maintenance threshold.
• Diamond tier is invitation-only and extended at the discretion of AR789 based on sustained high-volume activity at Platinum level.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to the real-money balance each Monday. Cashback is subject to minimum net loss thresholds as stated in the VIP programme terms.
• AR789 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures or programme terms at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AR789. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in any way, including for placing bets, playing games or claiming bonuses.
• Opening or using multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical glitches in the platform. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be returned and will be deducted from your balance regardless.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched wagering strategies intended to generate withdrawable funds from bonus offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use AR789 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other players.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

AR789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable belief that any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 9 has occurred, where identity verification requirements have not been met or where continued account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation confirms no breach of these Terms, pending withdrawals will be processed. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

11. Privacy & Data

• AR789's total liability to any player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.
